Of course the beach and the childrens playground at Clarko Reserve. There's a parking lot right between Trigg Island and the childrens playground. Everything is very accessible and very much within walking distance. The beaches were clean with good sand. Lots of different beach sections along the coast.
Food
We tried the beachfront Cafe Yelo at 331 West Coast Drive Trigg WA 6029. They had a very decent selection of pastries, sandwiches, and coffees. $5.50 for an extra large mocha which was tasted pretty good. I've never seen a cafe that churned out espresso drinks at the rate these guys did. Considering there were two espresso machines and 2 baristas it took me a while to get my order considering they were working at a pretty fast pace. You cross the street from this place and you are at the beach. One savory muffin, 2 cookies, one carrot cake and x-large Mocha for $21. Place was packed so fat chance you get to sit inside at around 9:45AM but with a beach right in front, who cares about sitting inside.
Review
Awesome area. I want one of those two-storey houses with a beach view. I can't think of anything better than that. This is a great area for kids but it would have been nicer if there were more food options around the area. Nice crowd. (8/10)
