Floreat Beach has a very nice large and open beachfront. Lots of space for the kids to run around, clean, with decent sand. The children's playground is literally a few steps away from the beach with faucets to clean yourself up and to play water with. Right beside the playground is The Kiosk cafe.
Food
We decided to get brunch at The Kiosk cafe because of its proximity to the beach, playground, and very nice view. They also had a breakfast menu that suited the kids (pancakes!) . We got the chicken with turkish bread $13, pancakes $14, big breakfast $25, and a large flat white $5.5. Overall the experience was fantastic. The place had a very nice "Vacation" vibe to it. The seating area is large so I believe there will always be space. They also have a takeaway section in case you decide to just eat outside where there are lots of covered outdoor tables.
Review
Along the beach you can see City Beach with all its restaurants and cafes which you can actually walk to if you were up for it. Great cafe, beach, playground. Really not much complain about except maybe more food options. (9/10)
